摘要
以四氯苯酐为原料 ,经酰亚胺化和氟化合成重要中间体N 苯基四氟邻苯二甲酰亚胺。采用氟化钾为氟化剂 ,研究了氟化反应过程中相转移催化剂、溶剂、反应时间对四氟产物转化率和产率的影响 ,实验证明以DMF为溶剂 ,加入相转移催化剂PEG - 60 0 0 ,温度控制在 1 50℃ ,反应8h ,收率可达 86%。
A facile preparation of N phenyltetrafluorophthalimide starting from tetrachlorophthalic anhydride via imidation and fluorination reactions was described.The effects of phase transfer catalysts,solvent and reaction time on conversion and yield of the fluorination reaction were studied.In the presence of PEG-6000 in DMF,keeping at 150 ℃ for 8 h,the yield reached 86%.This method is more suitable for manufacture.
