摘要
目的观察银翘柴桂颗粒治疗流感的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为中药A组、中药B组及西药组。西药组在症状出现2 d内予奥司他韦口服;如症状已出现超过2 d,或病毒学诊断考虑甲型毒株者,则选用金刚烷胺。中药A组予银翘柴桂颗粒2袋口服,每日3次;中药B组予银翘柴桂颗粒1袋口服,每日3次;观察3组临床疗效。结果 (1)两中药组在不同时间体温变化率均大于西药组;(2)两中药组的症状积分改善优于西药组,中药A组与中药B组间改善程度接近;(3)两中药组临床疗效优于西药组,中药A组与B组间疗效相近。结论银翘柴桂颗粒治疗流感具有显著的临床疗效,尤其在退热、改善流感症状方面效果明显优于西药组。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Yinqiaochaigui Granule on influenza. Methods:Patients were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group A, the traditional Chinese medicine group B and the western medicine group. The western medicine group patients would be given osehamivir capsules if they had in- fluenza symptoms less than 2 days. Otherwise,they would be given amantadine capsules. Everyone in the tradi- tional Chinese medicine group A was given Yinqiaochaigui Granule 3 times a day,2 bags each. Everyone in the traditional Chinese medicine group B was given Yinqiaochaigui Granule 3 times a day, 1 bags each. The clincal effects of 3 groups were compared. Results:Compared with the western medicine group, the changing rates of tem- perature in different times was higher significantly in traditional Chinese medicine groups. There was a statistical difference in this index between the traditional Chinese medicine group A and the traditional Chinese medicine group B. Meanwhile, the improvement of symptom scores was higher obviously in traditional Chinese medicine groups. However, the difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group A and the traditional Chinese medicine group B was not significant in the improvement of symptom scores. The integrated effect of traditional Chinese medicine group was obviously superior to western group.But the difference between the two traditional Chinese medicine groups was not significant. Conclusion:Yinqiaochaigui Granule has the significant clinical effect in treatment of the influenza, especially in the fact of defervescence and alleviating influenza symptoms.
