大学时期是青少年步入社会的预备时期,也是他们社会关系走向社会化的一个重要转折阶段。培养良好的人际交往能力,一方面是大学生的需要,另一方面也是适应社会发展和进步的需要,人际交往对于当代大学生的正常学习、日常生活和健康成长都体现出十分深远的意义。
