摘要
目的探讨对于心衰患者,按照临床护理路径(CNP),实施整体护理的效果。方法设计完整的临床护理路径表格,固定护理小组成员,至少一名主管护师负责,实施计划、总结、汇报。随机选择106例心衰患者,分为试验组与对照组,各53例,试验组按照临床护理路径实施整体护理,对照组使用传统的护理模式。结果按照护理路径实施整体护理,患者防病治病意识增进、掌握了疾病相关知识、配合医生护士、住院时间、住院费用、对医护满意度提高。随访观察1年,再次发作率、病死率,观察组与对照组数据有统计学显著差异(P<0.05)。结论按照临床护理路径实施整体护理的效果显著,更有利于治疗与康复,有助于减少慢性心衰的复发,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing for patients with heart failure,according to path（CNP）,the effect of holistic nursing care.Methods We designed a clinical nursing path form,fixed nursing group members,at least one supervisor nurse responsible,implementation plan,summary,report.Randomly selected 106 cases of patients with heart failure,divided into the experimental group and the control group with 53 cases in each group,test,according to the clinical nursing path in the implementation of holistic nursing care,the control group using conventional nursing mode.Results In accordance with the implementation of holistic nursing care pathways,patient consciousness of preventing and curing the disease increase,grasp the knowledge related to the disease,with doctors and nurses,hospitalization time and cost,enhances the satisfaction of medical.1 year follow-up survey,seizure rate,mortality rate,the observation group and the control group data were statistically significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusions according to the clinical nursing path effect,holistic nursing care is distinct,more conducive to the treatment and rehabilitation of chronic heart failure,helps to reduce the recurrence,improves the quality of life of patients with.
