利用树脂脱色对罗汉果深加工柱流液中还原糖的测定研究

摘要 [目的]探索利用树脂脱色对罗汉果深加工柱流液中还原糖的测定方法。[方法]将罗汉果甜甙生产过程中的柱流液柱进行酸水解后,对稀释浓度为0.4%、深褐色和不透明的柱流溶液,用D941大孔弱碱性阴离子交换树脂脱色,之后采用直接滴定法测定罗汉果加工柱流液干燥固体中游离还原糖含量和总还原糖含量。[结果]罗汉果加工柱流浓缩液含固量为56.3%,树脂脱色后固体产物的得率为35.05%。用D941大孔弱碱性阴离子交换树脂进行脱色,脱色效果显著,可用于直接滴定,滴定终点明显,且经脱色后还原糖回收率可达98.48%。测得罗汉果柱加工流液干燥固体中游离还原糖含量为12.55%,总还原糖含量为23.50%。[结论]该研究为进一步开发利用罗汉果资源,提高其利用率和经济效益提供理论基础。 [Objective] The study aimed to explore the method for the measurement of the reducing sugar in the residues liquid of column chromatograpy during the deep precessing of Siraitia grosvenorii Swingle by using resin decolorization.[Method] After the residues liquid of column chromatograpy during the production of sweet triterpene glucoside from S.grosvenorii was hydrolyzed by the acid,the dark brown and not transparent column residues liquid with the concn.of 0.4% was decolorized by using the D941 macroporous weak-basic anion exchange resin,and then,the free reducing sugar and the total reducing sugar in the dried solids of the column residues liquid during the deep precessing of S.grosvenorii was determined by the direct titration method.[Result] The concentrated column residues liquid in deep precessing of S.grosvenorii contained the solid of 56.3% and its solid product after the decolorization had the yield of 35.05%.When it was decolorized by the D941 macroporous weak-basic anion exchange resin,it had obvious decolorization effect,so it could be used for the direct titration,the titration end was obvious and the recovery rate of the reducing sugar after the decolorization was 98.48%.The free reducing sugar and the total reducing sugar in the dried solids of the column residues liquid during the deep precessing of S.grosvenorii were 12.55% and 23.50%,resp.[Conclusion] The study provided the theoretical basis for the futher development and utilaization of S.grosvenorii resource and the increse of its utilization rate and economic benefit.
