医疗保险中的医生激励机制设计 被引量:1

摘要 对医生支付的不同方式会对医生为患者所提供的医疗服务的投入配置产生不同的影响,进而影响到政府的医疗保险支出。以MA C.A.和McGuire T.G(.1997)建立的模型为基础,通过与按人头补偿支付机制和固定比例补偿支付机制做对比,结果显示补偿费用系数随医疗成本递减的支付方式在激励医生更加努力和保证重症患者利益两方面都能满足一定的要求。而患者之间的信息交流能进一步提高医生的努力程度。
