摘要直接投资是国际技术扩散的重要渠道。随着我国利用外资规模的不断扩大,外资不仅成为我国财政收入、外贸出口增长的重要来源,对我国经济增长、就业、国际收支平衡等产生重要影响。为了更好地发展经济,就需要针对外商直接投资于外贸和技术进步中的作用机理进行研究。
