摘要
金融中介效率增进与发展离不开宏观经济金融外部环境的影响和实体经济发展的有力支撑,也离不开自身提高管理效率和盈利能力、不断扩大市场份额和形成核心竞争力。激烈的经济金融市场竞争是来自金融中介外部巨大的压力;金融全面开放、金融体制改革和金融创新活动是其主要的推动力;追求利润最大化和争取较大市场份额是其潜在的牵引力;而实体经济的迅速发展是其持久的支撑力。
The efficiency Enhancement and development of financial intermediaries is inseparable from the strong support of economic development and the external macroeconomic environment,and inseparable from improving their management efficiency and profitability,and expanding market share and creating core-competitiveness.Based on the motive mechanism in a simple model,the fierce economic and financial market competition is regarded as an enormous pressure from the outside;fully open financial market,the financial system reform and the financial innovation activities are its main driving forces;the pursuit of maximum profits and bigger market share is its potential traction force;the rapid development of entity economy is its lasting support.The impetus and mechanisms of the efficiency enhancement and development of financial intermediaries will help to grasp the right direction of the reform and development of the financial intermediaries.
