摘要
目的观察补锌辅助治疗秋季腹泻的疗效。方法将260例秋季腹泻的婴幼儿,随机分为2组,对照组采用补液+蒙脱石散,治疗组采用补液+蒙脱石散+锌剂,观察两组患者的疗效,治疗后止泻时间和病程。结果治疗组的疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在止泻和缩短病程方面,治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锌辅助治疗秋季腹泻可明显减轻腹泻症状,缩短病程。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of zinc supplementation on autumn diarrhea.Methods 260 cases of infants with autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into 2 groups：control group which received fluid replacement＋montmorillonite powder treatment;treatment group which received fluid replacement＋montmorillonite powder＋zinc preparation treatment.The therapeutic effects,time of stopping diarrhea and courses of two groups were observed.Results The therapeutic effect of treatment group was significantly better than control group（P0.05）,the time of stopping diarrhea and course of treatment group were significantly shorter than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Zinc supplementation can obviously relieve the diarrhea symptoms of autumn diarrhea and shorten the course.
