摘要
网络是个开放的公共空间,其发展给人们带来了平等的意见表达的权利和多元渠道,并直接对社会生活各个方面产生巨大影响。网络公共领域的公众、公共空间、公众舆论三个要素,其核心是社会民主舆情的深入和民主政治的变革。网络公共领域的传播特点表现为开放与多元、匿名与平等、及时与互动、批判与失范,其"意见自由市场"让社会公众能公开、自由、充分地表达他们的各种思想看法和利益诉求。网络公共领域与民主舆情的发展不但拓宽了公民政治参与的渠道,汇聚了民意和民情,而且成为现代社会各阶层政治诉求与民主沟通的最重要手段。
Cyberspace is a public area featured by openness,and it has entitled people to the right of free expression and diverse approaches for their opinions,bringing profound influences on various aspects of social life.The public,public space and public opinions are three elements of cyberspace,whose kernel is the development of social domestic opinions and the reform of politics.Features of communication in cyberspace are openness,anonymity,equality,interactivity and criticism.The feature of ＂free market of opinions＂ enable people to express their opinions and appeals freely and fully.The development of cyberspace public sphere and domestic public opinions has smoothed the way for citizens to participate in politics.
