β-淀粉样蛋白导致大鼠海马CA_1区Bcl-2和Cyt-C的变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过β-淀粉样蛋白(beta-amyloid peptide,Aβ)损伤建立阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)的动物模型,探讨大鼠海马CA1区Bcl-2和细胞色素C(Cytoc-hrome C,Cyt-C)的变化及意义。方法:在大鼠海马注射微量聚合态的Aβ,制备AD的动物模型,通过水迷宫测试AD大鼠的学习记忆能力;光镜和电镜下观察脑组织病理形态变化,免疫组织化学检测Cyt-C及Bcl-2的表达。结果:显示水迷宫测试中AD大鼠的学习记忆能力的下降,说明注射微量Aβ的大鼠成功的模拟了AD的行为学模型。AD大鼠海马内的神经元变性坏死,神经胶质细胞增生,Cyt-C强阳性表达,Bcl-2弱阳性表达。结论:AD大鼠海马CA1区存在明显的神经细胞的凋亡。
