对困扰HF反应窑的严重腐蚀与结疤问题及夹套的密封问题进行分析,对其内部结构及夹套的密封进行优化设计,成功地解决了HF生产中存在的难题。
This paper analyzes problems of HF reaction kiln including severe corrosion, scarring and jacket seals, optimizes the design of its internal structure and jacket seals, and successfully resolves the problems in HF production.
