摘要
针对数控机床加工过程中常见电气故障的特点,采用接口信号分析法,通过比较机床各节点I/O接口信号实时逻辑状态与标准逻辑状态,即可确定故障的类型,查出故障位置。并用实例说明接口信号分析法的实施步骤、方法及故障诊断时的注意事项。
Aiming at the characteristics of common electrical breakdown of NC machine tool in production practices,interface signal analytic approach was used to determine fault type and to find out fault location by comparing and analyzing real-time logical state and standard logic state of I/O interface signal of the machine tool all nodes.Through an example,the implementation steps,method and attentions of fault diagnosis based on interface signal analytic approach were introduced.
