摘要
通过试验分析数控机床伺服进给系统在高速加工过程中,加减速曲线形变及负载对系统定位精度的影响,为优化进给系统的参数及结构、提高伺服系统的跟随性能,改善刚度、反向间隙等因素对加工精度的影响,提供了重要的理论依据。
The influence of load and deformation of acceleration and deceleration curves on positioning accuracy of NC machine tool servo-feed system in high-speed machining process was studied by experiment.The research results provide important basis not only for optimizing the structure parameters of feed system but also for improving the servo system's follow performance and the machining accuracy influenced by stiffness,backlash and other factors.
