摘要
从有效沟通的实践出发,总结了沟通前的四个明确、沟通中的四个清楚、沟通后的四个回顾和反思的主要做法。有效沟通的实践,融洽了医患关系,减少了医疗纠纷,增强了医院的公信力。
Based on the practice of effective communication, the paper summed up the four - definitude before communica- tion, the four - clear during communication and four - review - and - reflect after communication. Practice of effective communi- cation can be harmonious doctor - patient relationship, reduce medical disputes, and enhance the credibility of the hospital.
