摘要
在深入研究西门子802D控制系统的基础上,结合机床运动学理论,总结出适合于西门子802D控制器的参数优化方法,并重点介绍了在参数优化过程中常见问题及解决方法等。针对此控制器参数优化技术,在装有西门子802D数控系统的机床上进行试验,效果良好。
Based on the deep research of the Siemens 802D controller system and combine with the motion control of the CNC machine tools, the optimization method is completed. The optimization loops and the solutions for some common questions are included. This optimization method for Siemens 802D controller has been proved on CNC machine tools, and the results are good.
