摘要
本文对青海省贵南、泽库两县境内喜马拉雅旱獭鼠疫自然疫源地旱獭寄生蚤指数的季节分布,进行了逐月统计处理,建立了相应的数学模型,计算出保证斧形盖蚤月寄生指数可信限的最低抽样量表。该表既可据现场监测的月寄生蚤指数与抽检旱獭数量(n),核查其数学可信限;亦可根据预计的体外寄生蚤指数和所需的可信精度,设计最低抽样量,以期达到保证选定精度的条件下,用最低的抽样量,获得科学性、可信性强的蚤指数监测结果。
In the surveillance to the plague natural foci of QING HAI, in the period of 1984-1986, April to September in each year, 1517 of Marmota himalayana were living captured, and from them 6983 of Callopsylla dorablis.were collected. The season variation of the indices was analysed statistically. A table of minimumsamplings to the confidence intervals of the indices was establisned. This table could be used to evaluate the confidence interval from the inaex and sampl content in each month, and could be used to look up the minimum sampling to satisfy the necessary precision in experimental design.
