摘要
通过搭建省、市、县一体化有序用电管理平台,从指标管理、方案制定、效果评价和综合查询等几个方面阐述了如何实现有序用电全面化、规范化、自动化和科学化的管理,从而有效提升有序用电管理工作水平。
This thesis,through building the structure of province,city and county integration orderly power management platform,describes how to achieve order,comprehensive,standardized,auto and scientific management from four aspects： index management,program development,effect evaluation and inquiry,so as to effectively enhance the orderly power consumption levels.
