大型有色冶金用氧技术优化研究及应用

摘要 针对大型有色冶金用氧放散率高的问题,提出氧气供应网络化解决方案,并在网络化供应平台的基础上,通过采用"梯级"减压智能匹配控制技术、氧气生产"自动巡航"控制系统等软件优化控制系统,使氧气放散率进一步降低,获得了良好的经济效益。 For the problem of high oxygen exhaust rate in large scale nonferrous metallurgical industry, This paper put forward nerwork solution of oxygen supply . On the basis of the network supply system, the oxygen exhaust rate was reduced and good economic benefits were obtained by using optimized software control system including cascade pressure-reducing intelligent matching control technology, autocruise control system of oxygen production.
