摘要
构建合理的知识网络是组织协同知识创新的有效手段。但顾客需求的不连续性、异质性和定制化使得协同创新知识网络呈现高度的不确定性。在深入分析知识网络中知识供给与知识需求特征的基础上,运用质量屋特有的需求与技术的转化功能,建立了从知识源到核心企业的知识供给波动模型和逆向的知识需求波动模型,分析了供给和需求扰动下协同知识创新风险,定量地揭示了知识网络中知识需求与供给的内在规律。最后以一个案例仿真了上述模型和过程。
construction of rational knowledge networks is effective measure to achieve coordinated knowledge innovation.However knowledge networks take on high uncertainty because of discontinuity,heterogeneity,customization of customer demand.Based on the thorough research on characteristic of knowledge supply and knowledge demand,the paper uses the quality house to build knowledge supply model and converse knowledge demand model between source of knowledge and core enterprise.The above models are used to analyze risk in coordinated knowledge innovation.And it reveals quantitatively the inherent law among knowledge supply and demand in the knowledge networks.At last,an example is used to simulate the above model and process.
