摘要
为研究钼对肉鸡生产性能及屠体性状的影响,试验采用100只2日龄的AA+肉鸡,随机分为5组,每组5只,4个重复,分别在饮水中添加0、1、10、20、50 mg/L的钼(以Na2MoO4.2H2O的形式),肉鸡自由饮水采食。预饲5 d后,记录日耗料量,于试验第0、7、14、21、28、35天分别称重,记录结果,并计算平均耗料量、平均增重和料肉比。试验结果表明,添加钼能够显著提高肉鸡的增重和耗料量(P<0.05)。其中,钼添加量为50 mg/L时的肉鸡增重和耗料量增加最显著。
To study the effects of molybdenum on the growth and slaughter performance of broiler, 100 two-day-old AA+ broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates and added with 0,1,10,20,50 mg/L molybdonum in water, respectively. The water was drinked freely. The feed consumption was started to record after 5 days for adaptation. Every broilers were weighed at the 0,7,14,21,28,35 day to account the mean feed consumption, mean weight gain and feed con- version rate. The result showed that adding molybdonum could significantly improve the weight gain and feed consumption re- markably (P〈0.05), and the group added with 50 mg/L molybdonum was most obvious. It indicated that adding molybodnum with suitable level could improve broiler's growth rate effectively.
