摘要
目的:观察下颌第一前磨牙髓腔直径的增龄变化。方法:对80颗年龄明确,外形完整的下颌第一前磨牙的X线图像进行定点测量髓腔近远中径和颊舌径,统计髓腔直径的平均值。结果:髓腔直径随年龄增大而逐渐减小。结论:不同年龄下颌第一前磨牙髓腔均呈"扁漏斗状",不利于根管预备中导入器械的旋转;通过测量髓腔直径,为法医学和考古学推测个体年龄提供参考。
Objective: To explore the pulp cavity of age-related changes in diameter on mandibular first premolars. Method: 80 cases of age clearly and intact mandibular first premolars are taken X-ray in buccolingual and mesiodistal directions and the pulp cavity diameters are measured: then statistics pulp cavity diameter average value.Result: pulp cavity diameter decreases gradually as people's age increases. Conclusion:The pulp cavity on mandibular first premolars of different ages shows "flat funnel-shaped" and is not conducive to the rotation of the imported equipment in root canal preparation: by measuring the pulp cavity diameter, provide reference for forensic and archaeological conjecture individual age.
