摘要
研究饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对黄河鲤鱼(♂)与建鲤(♀)杂交F1生长性能的影响。结果表明:随着枯草芽孢杆菌添加水平的提高,试验组末体重、增重率和特定生长率提高,饵料系数降低;枯草芽孢杆菌水平在6.0×108 cfu/kg时的末体重、增重率和特定生长率最大,饵料系数最低,且与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);但枯草芽孢杆菌水平提高到8.0×108 cfu/kg时的末体重、增重率和特定生长率反而降低,饵料系数却增加。适宜的水平为4.79×108~5.27×108 cfu/kg。
Effect of Bacillus subtilis on growth performance of F1 hybrid of Cyprinus carpio haematopterus ( ♂ ) hybridized with Cyprinus carpio var( ♀ ) was investigated. Results showed that terminal body weight, weight gain ratio, specific growth ratio increased and feed coefficient decreased with increasing Bacillus subtilis addition. The maximum values got at the level of Bacillus subtilis at 6 ×10^8 cfu/kg, significant difference showed with control group(P〈0.05). When the level of Bacillus subtilis reached to 8.0 × 10^8 cfu/kg,weight gain ratio and specific growth ratio decreased and feed coefficient increased. The optimum dietary Bacillus subtilis supplement level for F1 hybrid was estimated to be 4.79× 10^8-5.27× 10^8 cfu/kg.
