摘要
通过高校公共选修课教学过程中存在的管理问题、教师以及学生方面问题的分析,建议高校完善公共选修课体系,激励教师教学,加强课堂管理及教学质量监督,以提高学生综合素质,培养复合型人才。
Based on the analysis of the management methods,the concerned teachers and students in the teaching process of public elective courses in universities,and in order to improve the comprehensive quality of the students and cultivate the interdisciplinary talents,some suggestions are put forward in this paper,i.e.perfecting the system of public elective courses,developing the incentive mechanism of teaching and strengthening the classroom management and the supervision of teaching quality.
