感觉统合训练对老龄MCI脑电早成分的影响

摘要 目的 探讨感觉统合训练对轻度认知障碍老人加法心算的事件相关电位(ERP)早成分的影响.方法 对25例轻度认知障碍老人进行感觉统合训练3个月,使用ERP技术,采集简单加法心算过程的脑电信号,比较训练前后行为数据和ERP早成分(N1,P1,N170,P2)的波幅和潜伏期的差异.结果 轻度认知障碍老人训练后反应时比训练前缩短(P〈0.05);训练后与训练前比较,N170潜伏期提前(P〈0.01),波幅增高(P〈0.05);P2潜伏期提前(P〈0.05).结论 感觉统合训练提高了轻度认知障碍老人的认知功能.
