阿托伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者炎性因子的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Atorvastatin Therapy on Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

摘要 目的观察阿托伐他汀对炎性因子的影响,比较梗死区和外周循环中炎性因子含量的改变。方法急诊行经皮冠状动脉介入术的急性心肌梗死患者40例,随机分为阿托伐他汀组(实验组)和对照组,每组各20例,对照组患者介入术前口服拜阿司匹林300mg、氯毗格雷600mg,治疗组在对照组基础上加用阿托伐他汀80mg,行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术。酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测梗死部和外周循环中IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平。结果梗死部位动脉血清IL-2、IL-6明显高于外周循环水平(P<0.05);IL-10明显低于外周循环水平(P<0.05);治疗组患者梗死部位动脉IL-2、IL-6明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组外周循环血IL-2、IL-6明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀能抑制急性心肌梗死患者早期炎症反应。 Objective To observe the changes of inflammatory factors after using atorvastatin,compare the change of the inflammatory factor level in the infarct zone with that in the peripheral circulation.Methods 40 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients undergoing emergency treatment of percutaneous coronary intervention,were randomly divided into two groups: the Atorvastatin group(experimental group) and the control group,20 cases in each.The two groups were both pretreated aspirin(300 mg orally) and clopidogrel(600 mg) before PCI.Differently,Atorvastatin group took 80 mg atorvastatin while control group did not before PCI.Concentrations of IL-2、IL-6 and IL-10 in infarction and peripheral circulation were measured through enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Comparison within group: The levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in infarct-related artery(IRA) blood-serum were significantly higher than that in peripheral circulation in both groups(P0.05);but the levels of IL-10 were significantly lower in infarction than that in peripheral circulation in both groups(P0.05).Comparison between groups: the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 both in IRA and peripheral circulation decreased significantly in atorvastatin group compared with control group(P0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin therapy could inhibit the early inflammatory reaction of patients with Acute Myocardial infarction.
