血流向量成像技术评价左上肺静脉血流流场特点 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血流向量成像(VFM)技术评价左上肺静脉(LSPV)血流流场特点的可行性和应用价值。方法应用VFM技术的流线、二维速度向量及涡流模式观察行经食管超声心动图检查(TEE)的22例受检者心动周期各时相左上肺静脉的血流特点。结果自等容收缩期到舒张中期,血流流线及速度向量方向皆由左上肺静脉起始段指向左心房段,舒张晚期可见血流流线及速度向量起自左上肺静脉左心房段,逆向进入左上肺静脉起始段和中段。自等容收缩期到收缩中晚期流线及速度向量线由稀疏逐渐变浓密,进入舒张早期渐稀疏,于舒张中期又渐浓密。73%的受检者于收缩末期、舒张早期、舒张中期左上肺静脉中段或左心房段出现涡流。结论 VFM技术可无创显示左上肺静脉血流的流线、二维速度向量及涡流特点。
