摘要
以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为原料,采用气-固相氯化法制备低黏度高氯化聚乙烯(LHCPE)。对产物的基本结构和黏度进行了表征。结果表明,LDPE原料表面形态结构将影响产物氯分布均匀程度;气-固相法制备的LHCPE氯分布的均匀程度要低于以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为原料制备的高黏度HCPE的;LHCPE为无定型结构,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为120℃;涂-4杯黏度为36.3s。
High chlorinated polyethylene (HCPE) with low viscosity(LHCPE) was was synthesized by gas-solid phase chlorinating based on LDPE. The basic structure and viscosity of the product was characterized. The results show that the surface morphological structure of LDPE can affect the uniformity of chlorine distribution in product. The chlorine distribution uniformity of LHCPE, which is prepared by gas-solid phase, is lower than that of the high viscosity one based on HDPE. The LHCPE is amorphous structure, Tg is 120 ℃,and Tu-4 cup viscosity is 36.3 s.
