摘要
目的探讨和分析糖尿病酮症酸中毒抢救过程中综合护理对治疗效果的影响。方法对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者20例进行积极的抢救治疗,并及时给予合理补液、准确使用胰岛素、密切观察患者的生命体征的变化,积极开展心理护理、基础护理及饮食护理等综合措施,观察临床治疗效果。结果通过积极的抢救和综合护理,20例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者血糖控制比较平稳,酮症酸中毒症状得到较好的纠正,患者均好转出院,无病例死亡。结论对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者进行积极的抢救和综合护理具有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive care and salvage in diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods 20 cases with diabetic ketoacidosis were given comprehensive care and salvage. They were given reasonable fluid replacement, accuracy used of insulin, intimately observed vital sign, actively carried out mental nursing, basic nursing, diet nursing and so on. Results After comprehensive care and salvage ,20 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis were cured. The blood glu- cose was controlled stablely. The symptom of diabetic ketoacidosis was rectificated. All of 20 cases left hospital. No cases died. Observed the clinical effect. Conclusion Nursing care and salvage in diabetic ketoacidosis is effective.
