摘要
探讨被动吸烟与血中一氧化氮的关系。方法 在采用被动吸烟建立孕兔胎儿生长迟缓动物模型的基础上 ,对孕兔胎盘组织进行计量分析 ,以了解其与孕兔血及脐血中一氧化氮 (NO)水平的关系。结果 吸烟可使胎盘绒毛面积百分比及绒毛毛细血管百分比降低 ,而且孕兔脐血NO水平高于母血NO水平 (P <0 .0 5 )而吸烟组母血及脐血中NO水平明显低于无被动吸烟组。结论 孕期吸烟可使胎盘组织形态学改变 ,导致母血及脐血中NO的水平降低。
Objectives To study the relation between placental morphologic changes and levels of rabbits and umbilical serum nitric oxide (NO) in intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) resulted from exposure to cigarette smoking.Methods Morphometriological feature image anlysis were applied to study placental morphologic changes in cigarette smoking with IUGR,The concentration of serum NO were determine with Luo xiang-dong method.Results The placental villus area and the capillary area in villus were decreased significantly in cigarette smoking with IUGR than that of the control group,NO levels of umbilical cord were higher than that of rabbits serum in both groups(P<0.05),the rabbits and umbilical NO concentration in cigarette smoking with IUGR decreased significantly when compared with that in the control group.Conclusions The obvious placental morphologic changes occurred in rabbits in cigarette smoking with IUGR caused noticeably lower NO levels in rabbits and umbilical serum.
