脑后部可逆性脑病综合征诊治1例
摘要
患者，女，32岁。于2009年11月19日入院，在腰麻下剖宫产1名足月男婴，手术顺利。术后第2天出现四肢强直性抽搐，每次持续3～5min，发作时神志不清，抽搐停止后短时间内可苏醒，但诉头痛，不伴精神症状及恶心、呕吐，
