摘要
文章基于当前医学院校医院管理专业研究生培养中存在的问题以及医院管理专业的特点,从专业培养目标、培养计划、课程设置、培养管理机制等方面提出了改革的方法和措施,从而优化了医院管理专业研究生的培养模式,提高了该专业研究生的培养质量。
Based on the problems existing in the postgraduate training of the hospital management specialty in current medical colleges and the characteristics of this specialty,this paper proposes the methods and measures of reform from specialty training goal,training plan,curriculum design,training management mechanism and other aspects,so as to optimize the postgraduate training pattern of hospital management specialty and improve the training quality.
