含氟丙烯酸酯接枝改性环氧乳液的制备与表征 被引量:1

摘要 采用自由基接枝共聚的方式,将甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸等单体接枝到环氧树脂分子中,制得含氟水性环氧乳液,并在一定条件下固化成膜.红外光谱(FTIR)表征证明了含氟单体成功接枝到环氧树脂分子中;接触角测试显示氟改性环氧乳液涂膜对水静态接触角比未加氟单体改性涂膜提高了近20°,呈不润湿状态;EDS能谱数据表明,涂膜固化后,F元素向近空气一侧涂层迁移,含量远高于底层涂膜;固化涂膜常规性能测试显示氟单体改性并未影响涂膜性能,而且在耐水、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀和耐候性方面均优于未加氟改性涂膜. The fluorinated waterborne epoxy emulsion is hexafiuorobutyl mathacrylate and methyl acrylic acid coating. FTIR is used to characterize the successful synthesized by free radical graft polymerization with grafted with epoxy resin molecules, and then is cured into grafting. The structure, superficial performance and corrosion resistance of the coating are studied by contact angle measurement, electrochemistry impedance spectroscopy (EIS), EDS analysis and some other general tests. The results indicate that static water contact angle increased nearly 20 o ; the content of fluorine element on the outer layer nearby the air is much higher than that on the inner one ; and the modified epoxy emulsion has better performance in water, acid, co:rrosion resistance and durability without effecting the normal property of the coating.
