摘要
水下工作的某产品特定结构筒盖系统,发现其联接螺栓由于冲击载荷影响发生了断裂.给产品的正常使用带来了一定的安全隐患.文中通过对该系统中的流体对各部件的耦合作用分析建立了流体域、结构域的数学模型,得到流体和筒盖结构间的控制方程,并利用有限元软件计算对流体耦合模型加以验证.结论表明,文中所建的流固耦合模型可靠,所提出的理论建模及其研究方法对探索水下复杂结构瞬态冲击有一定的参考价值.
Based on one tunnel in the Central South area , a 3D FEM numerical model was developed to analyze the stability of surrounding rock during the shield tunneling, the method of strength reduction was used for the damage analysis under the foundation load after shield tunneling. According to the results of the calculation , the distributions of stress field, displacement field of surrounding rock and the stress of concrete segment were ana- lyzed in detail. The resuhs were compared with the monitoring data of the excavation and found they agreed well. The results could be used to support the design and the construction of the project.
