摘要
随着海上边际油田的逐渐开发,大量井口平台的建造,不断增加的电力需求,油田安全生产对各中心及井口平台的电力联网运行可靠性提出了较严格的要求。本文针对目前南海某油田群电力组网中应用的能量管理系统(EMS),在面临不断增加的新平台电力负荷形势下,构想建立安全稳定控制系统,提升其可靠性。
With the development: of marginal offshore oilfield, the construction of a large amount of wellmouth platforms and the increasing demand of electrical power, the oilfield safe production presents strict requirements for the reliability of grid interlinks of the centraJ and wellmouth plat- forms. Faced with the increasing electricity load of the power grid interlinked Energy Manage- ment System (EMS), which applied in one oilfield of South China Sea, the idea of establishing safe and stable control system to enhance its reliability has been brought out.
