摘要
新生代农民工价值观引导是推进新生代农民工市民化的具体实践,也是我国实现工业化、城镇化、现代化的必然要求。文章分析了新生代农民工市民化中价值观的阶段性状况,剖析了其矛盾冲突特征,提出了通过利益调节、价值观引领机制建设等实现新生代农民工价值观现代转型的对策建议。
The new generation of migrant workers values guidance is the concrete practice in promoting the new generation of migrant workers citizenization,is also the necessary requirement for China′s industrialization,urbanization and modernization.In this paper,the values stage conditions of the new generation of migrant workers and the contradictory conflict characteristics are analyzed,accordingly the countermeasures of the new generation of migrant workers values modern transformation through the interest coordination and values leading mechanism are proposed.
