摘要
目的了解导尿管相关性尿路感染病原菌的分布及耐药性,为临床医师诊断与治疗提供参考依据。方法166株导尿管相关性尿路感染病原菌的培养鉴定按照《全国临床检验操作规程》进行;药敏试验采用K-B法。结果 166株尿路感染病原菌以大肠埃希菌的检出居首位,占39.8%,铜绿假单胞菌居第2位,占13.9%,金黄色葡萄球菌为第3位,占13.3%;所有病原菌对常用抗菌药物均产生了不同程度的耐药性。结论临床医师必须按照药敏试验的结果合理使用抗菌药物,才能遏制细菌耐药性快速增长的不良趋势。
OBJECTIVE To analyze :he distribution and antimicrobial resistance of the pathogens causing catheter related urinary tract infections, so as to offer reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. METHODS Referring to National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Procedures, totally 166 isolates of pathogenic bacteria causing catheter related urinary tract infections were cultured and identified; the drug susceptibility testing was carried out by using KB methods. RESULTS Among 166 strains of pathogenic bacteria, Escherichia coli (:39.8%) ranked the first, followed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa (13, 9 % ) and Staphylococcus aureus (13.3 %). All of pathogenic bacteria have developed drug resistance to commonly used antibiotics at varied degrees. CONCLUSION The clinicians should reasonably use antibiotics based on the results of drug susceptibility testing so as to restrain the increasing tendency of bacterial resistance.
