复配聚合物溶液性能及与砾岩油藏适应性

SOLUTION PERFORMANCES OF THE COMBINITION POLYMER AND ITS ADAPTABILITY IN CONGLOMERATE OIL RESERVOIR

摘要 针对砾岩油藏非均质性严重、常规物性差、与普通聚合物的适应性较差等特点,利用动态光散射方法和岩心驱替实验,分别对普通聚合物溶液和新型“复配宽相对分子质量”聚合物质量溶液的分子线团尺寸分布规律、黏度性能和耐盐性能以及在砾岩中的渗流特性进行了对比分析。结果表明,在聚合物质量浓度和平均相对分子质量相近条件下,与“超高”聚合物相比较,2种“复配”聚合物溶液中聚合物分子线团尺寸分布较宽且光强峰值靠右,聚合物增黏性和耐盐性较强,聚合物溶液的阻力系数(R)和残余阻力系数(FRR)较大。岩心流动实验表明,当“孔隙中值半径(Dr)/分子线团尺寸(Dh)”值在14~18时,“复配”聚合物分子线团与砾岩岩石孔隙间具有较好的配伍性,聚合物分子线团不可及孔隙体积更小,聚合物溶液波及体积更大,可以取得更好的液流转向效果。 In the light of the following features of the conglomerate oil reservoir: serious heterogeneity, poor con- ventional properties, unfavorable adaptability with common polymer and so on, the contrasts and analyses of the distribution laws of line-ball size, viscosity performances and salt resistance performances and the seepage charac- teristics in conglomerate for the common polymer solution and new-type combined and wide molecular weight" polymer solution are conducted with the help of the dynamic scattering method and core displacing experiment. The results show that, under the similar conditions of polymer concentration and average relative molecular mass, comparing with "ultra-high" polymer, the size distribution of the molecules line-ball in the " combination polymer" solution is more wide and its light intensity peak is located on the right, the viscofication and salt resistance of the polymer is much stronger, and more over the resistance coefficient (FR) and residual resistance coefficient {FRR}of the polymer solution is also pretty bigger. Core flow experiment shows that when "the pore median radius (Or) /the size of molecular line-ball (Dh) is 14 18, there is much better compatibility between the size of the combined polymer and the pores of the conglomerate rock, the pore volume that can not be spread by the line-ball becomes more smaller, thus the swept volume by the polymer solution turns pretty bigger, finally the better fluid di- version effects can be achieved.
