摘要
采用故障树分析法对数控车床螺纹加工故障进行分析,对可能造成故障的各种因素进行总结,画出故障树,以确定数控车床螺纹加工故障发生的主要模式,旨在为同类型数控车床螺纹加工的维修提供借鉴。
By using fault tree analysis method to analyse the numerical control lathe thread processing failure and summarize the various factors for possible failure.Then the fault tree is drawn so as to determine the main mode of failures of the numerical control lathe thread processing,which can provide reference for maintenance for the same type of numerical control lathe machining.
