废旧轮胎热解的热重分析

摘要 利用微商热重法(DTG)对废旧轮胎在氮气气氛中的热解失重进行了初步的研究.研究结果显示,废旧轮胎在氮气气氛中的热解有一个明显的失重区,当温度达到500℃时已有60%以上的组分发生了热解,而此后热解速率降低.此外升温速率可改变废旧轮胎的热解历程,而氮气流速对废旧轮胎的热解影响不大.
