白介素-33特异性受体在心脏疾病中的调节作用 被引量:1

摘要 ST2是白介素-33的特异性配体,主要表达于2型T辅助细胞、肥大细胞和成纤维细胞。白介素-33是一种新发现的白介素家族成员,具有强大的调节免疫功能,不同于白介素-1α。白介素-1β、白介素-33能诱导及促进辅助性Th2淋巴细胞的免疫应答;产生Th2相关细胞因子(白介素-5和白介素-13);增加血浆内免疫球蛋白的水平;白介素-33由辅助性Th2淋巴细胞和它们的细胞因子传递信号激活B淋巴因子产生,被认为是ST2的特异性配体或孤儿配体。
