摘要
在煤炭企业生产成本构成中,物资消耗及费用占据了很大一部分,物资供应工作在煤炭企业生产成本控制管理中是重要的一环。如何在企业规模不断扩大的同时,通过管理创新,降低采购成本,控制物资消耗,优化储备结构,是创建节约型企业,提高经济效益的关键。本文以贵州煤炭企业物资供应管理现状为例,借鉴国内外先进管理经验,就物资超市"零库存"运作模式进行简要的分析和探索。
In the coal enterprise production cost, material consumption and cost occupies a large part, material supply in coal enterpris- es cost control management is an important annulus. With the continuous expansion of business scale, through the management of innovation, reduce purchase cost, control of material consumption, optimize reserve structure, is a key to create a conservation-oriented enterprises and raise economic benefits. This paper takes GUizhou material supply management of coal mine enterprise current situation for exemple, drawing lessons from the advanced management experience at home and abroad, making brief analysis and exploration for Material supermarket" zero inventory" mode of operation.
