利用LNG梯级冷能的冷库系统构建与载冷剂选择 被引量:10

摘要 分析了LNG冷能的梯级利用方式,对LNG冷能冷库系统从工艺角度进行设备、流程的研究,并作载冷剂选择.以LNG冷能评价分析指标,对某小型LNG冷能利用项目进行了经济性计算.结果表明:与常规电动压缩式冷库相比,在考虑设备造价与折旧率的情况下,以运行费用减少折算的冷库系统投资回收期仅为1.11年.因此,LNG冷能的第三级用于低温冷库是合理的冷能利用方式,既可以简化冷库系统的结构,减少设备投资费用,又能回收大量的LNG冷能,明显降低冷库运行的电耗,具有较高的节能经济性. In this paper,the approach of cascade utilization of LNG cold energy was analyzed,the equipments and flow processes of LNG cold store system were studied from technical points,and the secondary refrigerant was also selected.Taking a small-scaled LNG cold energy utilization project as an example,the economic property of LNG cold energy cold store was calculated.Results showed that its pay back period calculated by reduced operating cost was 1.11 years,which was done by comparing it with conventional electricity-driven compression cold store and taking equipment costs and discount rates into account.Thus,it was a rational way to use the third grade cold energy of LNG for low temperature cold store applications,for it could not only simplify the configuration of cold store refrigerating system so as to reduce the initial cost of equipments,but also reclaim plenty of LNG cold energy so as to significantly reduce operating power consumption of cold store.
