摘要
为保证三里坪水电站发电机组的安全运行,在发电机定子铁芯组装完成后,采用在铁芯上缠绕励磁绕组并通入一定的交流电,使铁芯发热、温度升高,从而找出过热点的方法,对定子铁芯硅钢片的制造和现场安装质量进行了试验检测。结果表明:定子铁芯的制造和现场安装质量满足设计要求。详细介绍了试验过程。可供同类工程参考。
To ensure the safe operation of the Sanliping hydropower generating units,the exciting winding wound on the stator core and electrified by the alternating current(AC) are adopted after the completion of the stator core assembly,so that the core will be heated and the temperature will increase,therefore,the overheated spots can be detected.Moreover,the qualities of manufacture and field installation of silicon steel sheets of stator core are tested.The results show that their qualities meet the design requirements.The test process is introduced in detail,which can give a reference for similar projects.
