摘要
首先分析了利用CASHL进行文献传递所存在文献传递量不大、文献传递返回速度慢、版权问题尚未解决、专业技术人才匮乏、CASHL功能不健全、系统不稳定和宣传不到位等诸多问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的应对措施。
First the paper analyses of the problems existing in using of CASHL document delivery the quantity of document delivery is not large, the return rate is slow, copyright problem has , such as not been solved, professional and technical personnel are shortages, CASHL function is not perfect, the stability and publicity of system is not in place and so on, so it puts forward the corresponding measures.
