摘要
不平衡磁拉力是影响水轮发电机组轴系动力特性最重要的因素之一。为了更准确地分析轴系动力特性,本文提出一种利用发电机空载特性曲线计算不平衡磁拉力的分析方法。利用发电机空载特性曲线,通过磁路计算及多项式拟合获取气隙磁密、气隙厚度及励磁电流的关系方程,计算考虑了励磁电流及饱和效应影响的不平衡磁拉力。以葛洲坝水轮发电机为实例,分析在考虑饱和效应时,不平衡磁拉力随定转子偏心及励磁电流的变化规律。通过与已有不平衡磁拉力分析方法的对比,验证了该方法的有效性。
Unbalanced Magnetic Pull(UMP) is one of the most important factors affecting the dynamic characteristics of shaft system for Hydro-turbine generator units.To analyze the dynamic characteristics of shaft system more accurately,a simple and effective method considering the effect of field current and saturation for UMP is presented.The method takes advantage of the open-circuit characteristic,calculation of magnetic circuit and polynomial fitting method.Taking hydro generator at Gezhouba as example,variations of UMP with rotor eccentricity and field current are investigated considering saturation effects.Comparison has been done between the method with others in literature and effectiveness of the method is validated.
