摘要
为分析红外热成像图像的基本特征,测试图像中缺陷的几何尺寸,将图形图像处理中的边缘检测技术和图像增强技术运用到红外图像处理分析中,便于图像客观分析和参数测试。简要介绍了红外热成像的基本原理、图像边缘检测的算子、图像增强方法,并设计了一个金属试件,采用红外加热分析试件的缺陷。图像处理结果表明:边缘检测和图像增强相结合,便于发现缺陷并准确测试缺陷,可为红外图像中的微弱信号的分析提供技术支持。
In order to analyze the basic features of infrared thermal images and measure the sizes of their defects,the authors applied the techniques of graphic edge detection and image enhancement to analyze the infrared thermal image,orderly to facilitate image analysis and measure objective scale.This paper briefly presents the basic principles of infrared thermal imaging,image edge detection operator and image enhancement methods.One designed metal specimen is analyzed by using infrared thermal image to detect the defects.The results of the image-processing show that it is easy to find and measure defects accurately through combining edge detection with image enhancement technology,which is to provide technical support for the analysis of the weak signals in the infrared thermal image.
