摘要
近年来,大学生就业问题日益突出,就业压力增大,越来越多的大学毕业生把目光转向了自主创业,但在大学生高涨的创业热情背后是极少数毕业生真正选择了自主创业的现实,是什么原因使众多拥有创业意愿的学生最终放弃了创业计划,成为社会近期关注的热点问题。对大学生创业意识和创业现状的调查研究,旨在了解在校大学生和毕业生的真实创业意愿和现状,就如何提高大学生自主创业意识和创业能力提出建议。
In recent years, the employment problem of university students has become increasingly prominent. As the employment pressure increases, more and more university graduates are thinking of doing poineering work independently, but behind college students＇ rising poineer- ing enthusiasm only a few graduates really choose to do poineering work independently. What is the reason that many students with en- trepreneurial intention eventually abandoned the business plan has become a social hotspot debate. Through conducting research on the current situation of college students＂ entrepreneurship awareness, this paper aims to understand the true entrepreneurial intention and status, meanwhile give some advice on how to improve college students＇ ~lf awareness and ability of starting an undertaking, from aspects of schools, society and individuality.
