摘要
目的检测肺结核(PTB)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)的含量,探讨相关因素的影响,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法随机选择2010年7月～12月在我院住院的107例初治PTB合并T2DM患者为DM组,87例初治PTB患者为非DM组,比较各组的血清Ca、Mg异常率和平均水平,并分别与部分指标进行相关分析。结果 DM组的低血Ca发生率(67.3%)和平均水平(2.11±0.14 mmol/L)与NDM组(58.6%,2.10±0.15 mmol/L)无明显差别,P值均>0.05;DM组的低Mg发生率(13.08%)和平均水平(0.79±0.13 mmol/L)与NDM组(0%,0.84±0.08 mmol/L)有明显差别,P值分别<0.01、<0.05。血Ca与TP、ALB明显相关(r值分别为0.475,0.533),血Mg与年龄、TP、ALB、HbAlc、Ins微弱相关(r值分别为0.111～0.178)。结论 PTB合并T2DM患者伴有血清Ca、Mg代谢紊乱,血Ca与血浆蛋白明显相关,血Mg与血浆蛋白及血糖控制微弱相关。检测其血清中Ca、Mg的变化对TB的转归及DM并发症预防有一定的临床意义。
Objective To explore the levels of serum calcium,magnesium in pulmonary tuberculosis（TB） patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） and their correlation factors,so as to provide references for therapy.Methods The levels of serum Ca,Mg of 107 pulmonary TB patients with T2DM（DMG） and 87 pulmonary TB patients without T2DM（NDMG） were mersured and compared,who were hospitalized from July to December in 2010.And those values were correlatively analyzed with some indexes.Results There weren＇t significant differences in the rate of hypocalcium（DMG 67.3%,NDMG 58.6%） and mean serum Ca（DMG 2.11±0.14 mmol/L,NDMG 2.10±0.15 mmol/L） between the two group,（P0.05）.But There were significant differences in the rate of hypomagnesium（DMG13.08%,NDMG0） and mean serum Magnesium（DMG 0.79±0.13 mmol/L,NDMG 0.84±0.08 mmol/L） between the two group.（P0.01、0.05）.Serum Ca positively correlated with TP and ALB（r=0.475,0.533）,and Serum Mg exhibited a faint correlation with age,TP,ALB,HbAlc,Ins（r=0.111~0.178）.Conclusion There is a metabolic disorder of serum Ca and Mg in pulmonary TB patients with T2DM（DMG）.Serum Ca shows a positive correlation with plasma protein,while serum Mg shows a faint correlation with plasma protein.Detection of serum calcium,magnesium has some important clinical significance in turnover of TB and prevention of complications of DM.
