摘要
目的总结胸壁结核的外科治疗经验,以及如何避免手术后复发。方法回顾性分析新疆医科大学第一附属医院2002年1月～2010年10月期间手术治疗的126例手术治疗胸壁结核的临床资料。结果 126例病人术后伤口全部愈合,2年内复发17例,经二次手术治愈。结论胸壁结核脓肿病灶的广泛彻底切除和手术前后抗结核治疗,是治疗的关键。
Objective To summarize the experience of the surgical treatment of the tuberculosis of the chest wall,and study how to avoid its recurrence.Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical materials of 126 cases with chest wall tuberculosis from January 2002 to October 2010 of the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university.Results All the 126 cases were cured,and there were 17 cases Were recurrence.and recovered after a second operative treatment.Conclusion Extensive abscess excision of the tuberculosis of the chest wall and perioperative antituberculosis medical therapy play the most important role.
